The United Nations Security Council was scheduled to meet here tomorrow afternoon to consider charges and counter-charges of truce ##iolations by Israel and her Arab neighbors.The Council’s agenda includes a complaint lodged by Egypt alleging that the Israelis have expelled thousands of Palestine Arabs into Egyptian-held territory, as well as a Jordanian protest against alleged Israel violation of Jordan territory by the Jewish state’s armed forces. The Israelis filed four counts of armistice violations by the Egyptians and Jordanians.
