The 30th annual national convention of the Mizrachi Organization of America will open here tomorrow and will continue until November 5. More than 1,000 delegates from all parts of the United States and Canada are expected to attend. The parley will be addressed by Abba Eban, Israel Ambassador to the U.S., Rabbi Wolf Gold, member of the Jewish Agency executive, and Herman Hollander, former Undersecretary of Trade and Commerce in Israel.
