Nazis and Fascists would be admitted to the U.S. whether or not their past affiliations were nominal, under an amendment to the subversive control law which is being drafted by the present administration, it was learned today.
Anyone who was ever connected with Communism, whether or not they have since renounced such leanings, would continue to be barred. It is expected, however, that the Administration will suggest the mandatory exclusion of those who are still active or underground Nazis or Fascists.
