A campaign for $120,000 to establish a Herbert Samuel Chair of Political Science at the Hebrew University was launched here last night at a dinner tendered by the British Friends of the Hebrew University on the occasion of Lord Samuel’s 80th birthday. The dinner was attended by prominent scholars and was addressed by Eliahu Elath. Israel’s Minister to Britain.
