In a record two-minute vote, the United Nations General Assembly this week-end approved a proposal to raise a $50,000,000 fund for the “reintegration” of Palestine Arab refugees. The hand-vote, which came without any prior debate in the Assembly, was 46 to zero, with six abstentions.
