Dr. Maurice L. Perlzwig, of the World Jewish Congress, was today elected chairman of the Working Committee on Education appointed by the International Conference of Non-Governmental Organizations of the United Nations.

The Committee will deal with the problem of educating public opinion throughout the world on the purposes and activities of the United Nation and consists of the representatives of 15 non-governmental organizations, members of the secretariat of the United Nations and representatives of United Nations information offices throughout the world.
