Iraqi Jews demonstrated in the streets of Tel Aviv yesterday against the current wave of persecution suffered by the Jews of Iraq.
A resolution adopted during the rally urged the Israel Government and the United Nations to take immediate action to halt the cruelties. The demonstrators also urged the major world powers to intervene in the situation and called for speedier Jewish emigration from Iraq.
