More than 10,000 people attended a concert performed here tonight by the Israel Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Dr. Serge Koussevitzky. The concert was the highlight of the Jewish Cultural Festival sponsored by the Canadian Jewish Congress in association with 31 other organizations and institutions. The festival will continue until March 6.
