The nearly all-Jewish town of Moises Ville, in Argentina, must hire Jews to make up a Minyan, the traditional congregation of ten Jewish males without whom communal services may not be held, it was reported here in the Yiddishe Zeitung, largest Jewish daily newspaper in Argentina.
It was also reported that the Jewish library in town is virtually deserted. Moises Ville is noted as the cradle of Jewish colonization in Argentina.
