The Israel Office of Information today announced that Ralph Goldman, an American Jewish educator and social worker, has been appointed to direct in the United States, Canada, Central and South America the program of locating skilled workers needed to fill specific positions in Israel. Mr. Goldman’s office will be located in the Israel Consulate here.
