William Tubman, President of Liberia, has addressed a message to Dr. Chaim Weizmann, President of Israel, wishing Israel success in creating a free and independent state making its contribution to world affairs. The Liberian President gave his message to Dr. Henry Shoskes, special representative of the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society, who arrived here from Liberia on route to Israel.
