Samuel S. Schnelerson and Jack D. Weiler, well known Jewish community leaders, have been named co-chairmen of the opening phases of the 34th annual maintenance campaign of the Federation of Jewish Philan- thropies of New York, it was announced last night by Milton Weill, president of the Federation. The campaign, now in the planning and organizational stage, will open officially Wednesday, September 26th.
