The executive of the Histadrut, the Israeli labor federation, appointed a special committee today to investigate and make recommendations on the dispute which has occurred in the kibbutz Ein Harod between the Mapai and Mapam factions there over control of a printing press belonging to the kibbutz, Both factions claim control.
