Israel Commander Arrives in London to Study Military Camps

Col. Moshe Dayan, commander of Israel’s southern army arrived here. The purpose of his visit, he said, is ” to look around the army camps, and so on.” When it was announced in Tel Aviv that Col. Dayan was coming here, the announcement said that he would attend British staff courses.

It was reported today that David Horowitz, director general of the Israeli Finance Ministry, is expected here soon, accompanied by several advisors, to enter into further economic and financial talks with various British Government departments.
