The projected reconstruction of the major Jewish cemetery in Vienna, partly destroyed by the Nazis, has been begun, it was announced here at a meeting commemorating the Nazi pogrom of Nov. 9, 1938. Present at the memorial meeting were Mayor James of Vienna, H. Holaubek, chief of police, and many members of the Austrian Parliament.
