Israel’s reply to the Soviet note warning the Israel Government against joining any Western-sponsored Middle East defense arrangement was presented two days ago to the Soviet Foreign Office by Israel’s Minister in Moscow, it was officially announced here today. The announcement gave no details of the text of the reply.
