Viscount Samuel, first British High Commissioner for Palestine, is sailing for the United States tomorrow on business connected with the Palestine Electric Corporation, it was learned here today. During his stay in the U.S., Lord Samuel will receive honorary degrees from Brandies University and Dropsie College.
