Israel and Lebanon Reach Agreement on Vessels in Distress

Israel and Lebanon have come to an agreement on the handling of the vessels of one nation forced to seek refuge in the territorial waters of the other, it was announced here today. The agreement was completed at a meeting of the Israeli-Lebanese Mixed Armistice Commission which was described as “friendly” by an Israeli military spokesman.
