Unknown persons last night broke into the apartment of dr. George Josephthal, one of the leading members of the delegation which conducted the reparations talks with the German representatives at The Hague, and ransacked his desk and other pieces of furniture apparently seeking confidential material on the German-Israeli talks.
None of Dr. Josephthal’s possessions were taken by the intruders. The Police believe that the raid was carried out by extremists who are opposed to negotiations by Israel with Germany.
