Milton Weill was re-elected to a second term as president of the Federation of Jewish Philanthropies of New York at a meeting of the trustees last night. The Federation supports a network composed of 116 affiliated hospitals, health and social service institutions, which annually serve more than 480,000 persons of all races and faiths.
