Newspapermen walked out in protest from a meeting called by the Hesse Union of Cinema Owners here when spokesmen for the group attacked Dr. Max Cahn, Jewish chairman of the local Association for Christian-Jewish Cooperation. The theatre owners charged Dr. Cahn with organizing a “campaign of terror” to keep the cinemas from showing films produced by Veit Harlan, notorious producer of anti-Semitic films for the Nazis.
