Samuel H. Rubiner was re-elected president of the Jewish Welfare Federation here. Isidore Sobeloff, executive director, was named secretary. Mr. Rubiner will serve his third term as president of the Federation, sponsoring agency of the Allied Jewish Campaign and Detroit Jewry’s major planning and budgeting organization. Julian H. Krolik was elected treasurer of the agency. He has been chairman of the Federation executive committee for the past year and is its immediate past president.
