An Arab League delegation which will express the “apprehension” of the Arab organization at the signing of the reparations pact between West Germany and Israel, is expected to arrive here today.

Meanwhile, a group of 28 deputies in the Bonn Parliament are planning to introduce a motion asking that German reparations payments due Israel be turned over to the United Nations for the use of Arab refugees as well as Israel. The deputies are led by Dr. Josef Trischler, a member of the Free Democratic Party, which is included in the Bonn government coalition.
