Dr. Heinz Gruenbaum of Tel Aviv has been named executive vice-president of the Palestine Economic Corporation, Robert Szold, chairmen of the board of P. E. C. announced. Dr. Gruenbaum, one of Israel’s leading economists, formerly served as director of the Israel Investment service.
