Israel Minister David Goitein today conferred with Henry Byroade, Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs, for over an hour at the State Department on the security situation in the Middle East. Mr. Goitsin said the talk covered “all phases” of the security problem in that area, but he did not elaborate.
