Several thousand persons last night celebrated the 40th anniversary of the Farband-Labor Zionist Order which was marked by a concert at Carnegie Hall.
A special feature of the evening was the showing of a recorded film of a message to the organization made by President Ben Zvi in Israel and flown here for the presentation last night. The organization received its charter on January 6, 1913 and today has 30,000 members in some 110 communities throughout the United States and Canada.
