A special emergency meeting of World Jewish Congress executive leaders will be held here tomorrow to mobilize governmental and public opinion in support of the struggle for the protection of the rights of Jews in the countries of the Soviet bloc.
Representatives of the European, Israel and Western Hemisphere executives will gather to coordinate the measures being taken on behalf of East European Jewry by World Jewish Congress affiliates throughout the world. Dr. Nahum Goldmann, acting president of the Congress, will preside at the meeting.
