The month of March has been set aside as “Hebrew Month” in an effort to stimulate and promote interest in the study of the Hebrew language and culture throughout the United States, Samuel J. Borowsky, president of the Histadruth Ivrith, American Hebrew Language and Culture Association, announced here today.

He said that “Hebrew Month” will be carried out in cooperation with leading national Jewish organizations. Special observances will be held during “Hebrew Month” by communities, general organizations, Zionist groups and schools across the country.
