A new agreement for the construction of 30 new agricultural settlements in various parts of the country has been reached between the Israel Government and the Jewish Agency, it was announced here today.
Meanwhile, the Jewish Agency has already begun work on the construction of 3,300 housing units for recent immigrants. Plans are ready and commitments have been made for an additional 9,500 units, work on which will be begun when the money is allocated in the next government development budget.
