The British today turned over to the West German Government for investigation and prosecution seven former top Nazis accused by the British of plotting a revival of Nazism in Germany. Foreign Secretary Anthony Eder. announced this move today to the House of Commons.

Mr. Eden said the British High Commissioner had been authorized to comply with Chancellor Konrad Adenauer’s request that the accused be prosecuted in German courts. Confiscated documents and other evidence on neo-Nazism will also be turned over to the Germans, Mr. Eden said. It is possible , Secretary Eden added, that the German courts will decide not to prosecute some of the seven.
