Israel will again register the patents and trademarks of West German national, according to a note from the Israel Purchasing Mission which has been released here by the Federal Press Office.

Those patents and trademarks registered in Palestine prior to the war, and confiscated by Israel under the Enemy Property Act of 1950, can also be newly registered and protected.

In April, the powerful Federation of German Industry had described as “absolutely indispensable” the return of all German trademarks to their former owners.
