A total of $265,000 has been raised from 30,000 contributors in the past two years by the Association for Labor Israel of Western Canada, it was reported here today at the organization’s eight biennial conference. The goal for the next two-year period has been raised to $300,000. The guest speakers at the conference were Dr. Mae Bere of Tel Aviv and Joseph Schlossberg, chairman of the National Committee for Labor Israel of the U.S.
