Michael S. Comay, Israel’s first diplomatic representative to Canada, arrived here yesterday and was welcomed by representatives of the Canadian Government and by Jewish community leaders. Mr. Comay, who holds the rank of Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary, will open the Israel Legation here.
