Senator Herbert H. Lehman will be the principal speaker at the forthcoming plenary session of the National Community Relations Advisory Council, Irving Kane, NCRAC chairman, announced today. Sen. Lehman will speak on current and emerging social and political trends. These trends and their community relations implications will constitute the theme of the season.
More than 100 delegates representing the six national agencies and 30 local community agencies affiliated with the NCRAC will attend the session which will be held October 10-12 in Chicago.
