The Israel purchasing mission in Germany has already ordered German goods for 110,000,000 marks, the bulk of which has been sold to Israeli merchants and manufacturers, it was reported here today by Hillel Dan, manager of Shilumim, the corporation set up by the Israel Government to handle German reparations goods.

Mr. Dan also reported that negotiations were currently taking place in Germany for changes in the list of goods which Germany will supply as reparations. He also expressed the opinion that funds realized from reparations payments would be the most important factor in balancing Israel’s foreign currency deficit in the next ten years.
