Dr. Arie Kubovi, second Israel Minister to Argentina, yesterday presented his credentials to President Juan Peron. During the audience, at which Foreign Minister Jeronimo Morino was present, the President expressed sympathy for Israel’s current difficulties and said he was confident the Jewish State would overcome them. Ten thousand persons gathered outside the President’s residence to greet Dr. Kubovi.
