Funeral services were held here today for Dr. David Werner Senator, executive vice-president of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, who died in Atlanta last week at the age of 57. At the time of his death, Dr. Senator was studying techniques of university administration at various American colleges and universities, under a grant by the Rockefeller Foundation.
