The Israel Parliament last night adopted a law permitting the Jewish National Fund to register as an Israeli corporation and giving it certain priorities in the acquisition of land in the Jewish State. All deputies, except the Communists, voted for the measure.

Earlier, at a youth conference here, Dr. Abraham Granott, manager of the JNF, reported that 80 percent of all land owned in Israel by Jews is held by the JNF.

The government agricultural advisory board today began consideration of a plan designed to bring Israel to the point of agricultural independence within seven years. The seven-year agricultural plan was presented to Parliament earlier as a portion of the overall seven-year development budget.
