Two experts who have just completed a special course of training at the State Department’s Foreign Service Institute have been assigned to Israel by the Foreign Operations Administration.
Ben Nelson, of Phoenix, Arizona, a U.S. Department of Agriculture range manager and animal husbandman, is scheduled to serve as a livestock specialist with the U.S. Operations Mission in Israel. Joseph M. Dennis, of Nashville, Tenn., a sanitary engineer with degrees from leading universities, is the second expert to go to Israel.
