Jews in Uruguay Decide to Sell $1,000,000 Worth of Israel Bonds

A general assembly of the representatives of the Jewish community of Uruguay has enthusiastically endorsed a proposal for the sale of $1,000,000 worth of Israel bonds in the country, it was reported here today from Montevideo. The campaign will be headed by Miron Sheskin, Latin American director of the bond issue, and will be inaugurated immediately.
