Dr. Arieh Kubovy, Israel Minister to Argentina, flew today to Santiago de Chile to present his credentials as Israel Minister to Chile to Chilean President Gen. Ibanez del Camp. During his two-week stay in the capital, Dr. Kubovy will confer with Chilean Jewish leaders.
