The Jewish Agency executive today opened a plenary session with a discussion of a proposed 1954 budget for the Agency of approximately 116,000,000 pounds. The budget must be approved by the Zionist Actions Committee, which meets here Thursday, before it becomes effective. The Agency will also discuss an agenda for the Actions Committee.
