Milton Katz Named Head of Harvard’s World Legal Studies

Milton Katz, former administrator of the Marshall Plan in Europe, has been named to head Harvard University’s international legal studies, Dean Erwin N. Griswold announced here yesterday. Prof. Katz, who will resign the post of associate director of the Ford Foundation to accept the Harvard post, left a position teaching law at Harvard to enter government service in 1941.
