Tributes from former President Truman, Adlai Stevenson and Israel’s President Ben Zvi were included in a flood of congratulatory messages to Dr. Israel Goldstein, on the occasion of his 35th anniversary as rabbi of Bnai Jeshurun Congregation here. More than 400 persons attended a banquet given by the congregation for Rabbi Goldstein this week-end.
