The United States has made available to Israel in grants, loans and technical assistance, the total of $348,000,000 since the state was organized, it was reported by Bruce McDaniel, American director in Israel of the American Technical Cooperation Administration. The report was prepared on the eve of the third anniversary, March 3, of the signing of the original TCA agreement between Israel and the U.S.
