The praesidium of the General Zionist Party of Israel today announced its fullest support of the new Israel Development Bond Issue, which will be launched in the United States and other countries within the next few months.
The praesidium issued a statement calling upon General Zionist parties in other countries to do their utmost to assure the success of the $75, 000, 000 issue. It also revealed that George Flesh, a General Zionist deputy in the Israel Parliament, would act as the party’s representative in New York in dealing with problems raised in connection with the flotation of the new issue.
