General Moshe Dayan, youthful chief of staff of the Israeli Army, returned here today after visits in the United States and France. He expressed gratitude to United States Army officers who, he said, had given him a warm reception and an opportunity to study the American army’s organization and equipment.
Gen. Dayan also expressed his thanks to the French Army, which decorated him with the order of Commander of the Legion of Honor during his visit to Paris.
