Milton Katz, director of International Legal Studies at Harvard Law School, has been elected to the board of trustees of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, it was announced here today.
Dr. Katz has been a Professor of Law at Harvard since 1940. He has also served in a number of government posts in Washington and abroad. In 1950, he was special United States representative in Europe, with the rank of Ambassador.
