French Academy Gives Highest Award to Jewish Couple

The French Academy announced today the award of the Vermilion Medal, its highest distinction, to M. and Mme. A. Djivre, directors of the Alliance Israelite Universelle school at Fez, French Morocco. The award was made for the propagation of French culture outside France.
