Dr. Arieh Kubovi, Israel Minister to Argentina and Chile, left for Santiago today to attend the Chilean celebration of national independence day. Earlier, Dr. Kubovi paid an official visit to the Governor of the Argentine province of Cordoba, Raul Felipe Luchini, during which the Israeli diplomat met with the governor and his ministers.
